Public Service Institutions such as the Police, Teachers, Nurses, etc. have unions or associations they join and pay dues. These associations in return, negotiates with government for better conditions of service for the public service employees.
Being part of an association has been the norm for most public sector workers. These union leaders negotiate with the government on teachers behalf and provide assistance to employees when the need arises. In the past, changing yoyur association was a headache for employees. However, the introduction of the e-Payslip system has made it easier for employees to effect the change. If you are not satisfied with the services of your current association. You can now easily change it through the pas slip system.

Steps Involved in Changing your Association on the e-Payslip
Follow these easy steps to effect the change of association on your e-Payslip with ease;
- Log in into your e-Payslip account
- On the Dashboard, select Change of Association menu
- In the Change of Association page, choose your preferred association and submit.
Please note that depending on the day of the month you effected that change, the changes can reflect within 1 to 2 months
