The management at the Ghana Education Trust Fund (GETFund) has announced a scholarship scheme for Undergraduates for the 2021/2022 academic year.
The scholarship is meant to cover for those pursuing undergraduate programs which includes Diploma, Higher National Diploma and Degree.
The scholarship scheme is officially announced to be opened for applications from 24th January, 2022 and is scheduled to be closed on Monday, 28th February, 2022.

Procedure for Application
- All applicants are required to visit the GETfund scholarship online application portal, scholarships.getfund.gov.gh, to complete an application form.
- Those who wish to apply are entreated to complete the online form with the necessary required information and upload scanned documents for shortlisting.
- Shortlisted applicants shall be contacted after vetting processes are completed.
Requirements for Applicants
- Applicants are to submit a scanned copy of their signed application letter and a proof of their nationality (Passport/National ID)
- Scanned copy of admission letter clearly stating the program duration.
- Scanned copy of approved Fee Schedule (2021/22 Academic year).
- Provide a scanned copy of Secondary School Certificate results (WASSCE/CTVET, and any other certificate recognized by Ghana Tertiary Education Commission) (where applicable)
- Scanned copy of academic terms transcripts for continuing students (where applicable)
- Scanned copy of previous Undergraduate Certificate (Degree, HND, Diploma) and corresponding transcripts for applicants pursuing another undergraduate certificate (where applicable)
NB: Applicants are to ensure that the above requirements have been fully complied with. The deadline for the application for the scholarship scheme is 28th February, 2022.
