The National Teaching Council (NTC) is mandated by the Education Act 2008 (Act 778), section 9 to improve the professional standing and status of teachers, and to licence and register teachers in Ghana.
NTC, in accordance to this Education Act, opened a portal for in-service teachers to register on the Teacher Portal Ghana (TPG) to be issued their licence number.
Although, most teachers have registered on the portal, some accounts of teachers have still not been activated. Your account needs to be activated before you get your license number. If yours is still pending, here’s how to get it activated.
