The West African Education Council (WAEC) has announced the release of the 2022 BECE provisional results.
The recently conducted BECE took place from 17th October, 2022 to 21st October, 2022 which saw about 552,276 students write the exams.
Checking the BECE results requires you to purchase a voucher and visit the WAEC official website to complete the process.
The 2022 BECE results was released on Wednesday, 25th January, 2023 as announced by WAEC through a communique.
WAEC explained that the delay in the release was due to investigation being conducted on examination malpractices which saw some candidates refuse to respond to invitations.
How to Buy the 2022 BECE Voucher
Follow these steps to buy your voucher;

Checking the 2022 BECE Results on WAEC website
After purchasing the voucher, follow these steps to check the results;
- • Visit the WAEC Results Online portal by clicking the following link; https://eresults.waecgh.org/
- Begin by entering your Index number
- Re-enter your Index number to confirm
- Then proceed to “Select Exam Type” which in this case is “BECE(School)“
- Then proceed to enter the year you completed the BECE. (2022)
- Afterwards, enter the voucher details which is the SERIAL NUMBER and the 12-digit PIN from the SMS you received from your phone.
- Complete the recaptcha by ticking the box to show you’re not a robot.
- Click on submit
This simple process will get you your results for you to be able to print it out.
